Funded by the European Union (No.101150729) , LIBRA (Leveraging artificial Intelligence to Balance tRade-offs in the digital economy) is my Marie-Sklodowska Curie project. In the digital age, artificial intelligence (AI) supports economic growth but raises environmental concerns due to its escalating energy ad material requirements. As AI systems proliferate, so do their carbon footprint, challenging sustainability efforts.
Balancing the trade-offs between AI's benefits and its environmental impacts has become a pressing policy concern worldwide.
